TIGD5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TIGD5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 105 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TIGD5-associated genes across cancer lineages are GIMD1, RPS27P20, and RNA5SP519. Each is linked with TIGD5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TIGD5-to-partner and partner-to-TIGD5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GIMD1 grouped by TIGD5-low versus TIGD5-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TIGD5→partner) and Y-score (partner→TIGD5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
