TIGD5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TIGD5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TIGD5-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCDC140, TMEM114, and TBL1Y. Each is linked with TIGD5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TIGD5-to-partner and partner-to-TIGD5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CCDC140 grouped by TIGD5-low versus TIGD5-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TIGD5→partner) and Y-score (partner→TIGD5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
