The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher TIGD3 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TIGD3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BRCA and SKCM are the cancer types where TIGD3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
