Across TCGA cell cohorts, TIGD2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,125 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TIGD2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Vesicle budding from membrane, Stress granule assembly, and Schwann cell differentiation. Each is linked with TIGD2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TIGD2-to-partner and partner-to-TIGD2 results are reported.
