Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TIGD1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TIGD1 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher TIGD1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TIGD1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
CESC are the cancer types where TIGD1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
