TIGD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TIGD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 172 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TIGD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CYP27B1, UPK1B, and PLAAT1. Each is linked with TIGD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TIGD1-to-partner and partner-to-TIGD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TIGD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TIGD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
