Across TCGA cell cohorts, TIGD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,103 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TIGD1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Spliceosomal complex assembly, Co-transcriptional mRNA 3'-end processing, cleavage and polyadenylation pathway, and Peptidyl-lysine modification. Each is linked with TIGD1 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TIGD1-to-partner and partner-to-TIGD1 results are reported.
