TIFA

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TIFA protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,691 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TIFA-associated genes across cancer lineages are IL4I1, NKG7, and CXCL10. Each is linked with TIFA in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TIFA-to-partner and partner-to-TIFA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TIFA versus IL4I1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TIFA→partner) and Y-score (partner→TIFA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
