TIFA

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TIFA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TIFA-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-290P, RN7SKP221, and TRDD1. Each is linked with TIFA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TIFA-to-partner and partner-to-TIFA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-290P grouped by TIFA-low versus TIFA-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TIFA→partner) and Y-score (partner→TIFA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
