Across TCGA cell cohorts, TIFA RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,300 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TIFA-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are CMP biosynthetic process, Regulation of chromosome segregation, and Regulation of mitotic metaphase/anaphase transition. Each is linked with TIFA in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TIFA-to-partner and partner-to-TIFA results are reported.
