Across TCGA patient cohorts, TICAM2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,162 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TICAM2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Vesicle cargo loading, Cellular response to acid chemical, and Regulation of autophagosome assembly. Each is linked with TICAM2 in more than 31 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TICAM2-to-partner and partner-to-TICAM2 results are reported.
