Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TICAM1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TICAM1 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV), where higher TICAM1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TICAM1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
OV and SARC are the cancer types where TICAM1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
