TICAM1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TICAM1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,918 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TICAM1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DPP9, CLPP, and TRIP10. Each is linked with TICAM1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TICAM1-to-partner and partner-to-TICAM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TICAM1 versus DPP9 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TICAM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TICAM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
