TICAM1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TICAM1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,414 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TICAM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TLCD4, ARMC2, and EPS8L1. Each is linked with TICAM1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TICAM1-to-partner and partner-to-TICAM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TICAM1 versus TLCD4 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.33.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TICAM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TICAM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
