Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TIAM2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,446 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TIAM2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SNX9, ISLR, and PRRX1. Each is linked with TIAM2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TIAM2-to-partner and partner-to-TIAM2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TIAM2 versus SNX9 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TIAM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TIAM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
