Across TCGA patient cohorts, TIAM2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,721 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TIAM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADAMTSL2, CSMD3, and IFNA2. Each is linked with TIAM2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TIAM2-to-partner and partner-to-TIAM2 results are reported.
