TIAM2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TIAM2 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 5,806 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TIAM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are WNK1, SPTBN2, and PHF20L1. Each is linked with TIAM2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TIAM2-to-partner and partner-to-TIAM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, WNK1 grouped by TIAM2-low versus TIAM2-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TIAM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TIAM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
