TIAM1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TIAM1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,568 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TIAM1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TIAM1_S231, TIAM1_S358, and TIAM1_S52. Each is linked with TIAM1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TIAM1-to-partner and partner-to-TIAM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TIAM1 versus TIAM1_S231 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.80.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TIAM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TIAM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
