TIAM1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TIAM1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 715 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TIAM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRR23A, DYTN, and TGFBI. Each is linked with TIAM1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TIAM1-to-partner and partner-to-TIAM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRR23A grouped by TIAM1-low versus TIAM1-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TIAM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TIAM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
