TIAL1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TIAL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,814 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TIAL1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CCAR1, SMC3, and TRUB1. Each is linked with TIAL1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TIAL1-to-partner and partner-to-TIAL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TIAL1 versus CCAR1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TIAL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TIAL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
