TIAL1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TIAL1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,475 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TIAL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GLRX3, MRPL43, and TAF5. Each is linked with TIAL1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TIAL1-to-partner and partner-to-TIAL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TIAL1 versus GLRX3 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TIAL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TIAL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
