The strongest signal is observed in prostate adenocarcinoma (PRAD), where higher TIAF1 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TIAF1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
PRAD and KIRP are the cancer types where TIAF1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
