TIAF1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TIAF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,808 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TIAF1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MYO18A, MYO18A_S2041, and NSRP1_S248. Each is linked with TIAF1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TIAF1-to-partner and partner-to-TIAF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TIAF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TIAF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
