Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, THYN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,533 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible THYN1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are VPS26B, ACAD8, and CKAP4_S26. Each is linked with THYN1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THYN1-to-partner and partner-to-THYN1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, THYN1 versus VPS26B in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (THYN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→THYN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
