Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, THYN1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,712 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible THYN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACAD8, GJB2, and ERO1A. Each is linked with THYN1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THYN1-to-partner and partner-to-THYN1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, THYN1 versus ACAD8 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (THYN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→THYN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
