THYN1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, THYN1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,795 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THYN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPSAP65, PPP1R2P2, and LINC02662. Each is linked with THYN1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THYN1-to-partner and partner-to-THYN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPSAP65 grouped by THYN1-low versus THYN1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (THYN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→THYN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
