Across TCGA patient cohorts, THYN1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THYN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, ERK2, and MEK1. Each is linked with THYN1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THYN1-to-partner and partner-to-THYN1 results are reported.
