Across TCGA cell cohorts, THYN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,091 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THYN1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are mRNA methylguanosine-cap decapping, Neuron remodeling, and Telomere maintenance via telomerase. Each is linked with THYN1 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THYN1-to-partner and partner-to-THYN1 results are reported.
