THY1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, THY1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 160 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THY1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP280, COPRSP1, and MIR3661. Each is linked with THY1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THY1-to-partner and partner-to-THY1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP280 grouped by THY1-low versus THY1-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (THY1→partner) and Y-score (partner→THY1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
