Across TCGA patient cohorts, THY1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THY1-associated genes across cancer lineages are AMPK_pT172, Rictor_pT1135, and Tuberin. Each is linked with THY1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THY1-to-partner and partner-to-THY1 results are reported.
