Across TCGA patient cohorts, THUMPD3-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,675 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THUMPD3-AS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TOP2B, NELFCD, and DHX30. Each is linked with THUMPD3-AS1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THUMPD3-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-THUMPD3-AS1 results are reported.
