Across TCGA cell cohorts, THSD8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,614 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THSD8-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Metaphase/anaphase transition of cell cycle, Endonucleolytic cleavage to generate mature 5'-end of SSU-rRNA from (SSU-rRNA, 5.8S rRNA, LSU-rRNA), and Metaphase/anaphase transition of mitotic cell cycle. Each is linked with THSD8 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THSD8-to-partner and partner-to-THSD8 results are reported.
