The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher THRSP Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated THRSP expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
STAD and SKCM are the cancer types where THRSP Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
