Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, THRSP protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 134 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible THRSP-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMEM147, MAPK10, and LGALS12. Each is linked with THRSP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THRSP-to-partner and partner-to-THRSP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, THRSP versus TMEM147 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.43.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (THRSP→partner) and Y-score (partner→THRSP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
