Across TCGA cell cohorts, THRSP RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,331 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THRSP-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of amyloid fibril formation, Membrane protein ectodomain proteolysis, and Mitochondrial transmembrane transport. Each is linked with THRSP in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THRSP-to-partner and partner-to-THRSP results are reported.
