THRB

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, THRB RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,720 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THRB-associated proteins across cancer lineages are EPB41L1, HSP90B1, and PRKAR2A. Each is linked with THRB in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THRB-to-partner and partner-to-THRB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, THRB versus EPB41L1 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (THRB→partner) and Y-score (partner→THRB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
