Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, THRB protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 191 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible THRB-associated genes across cancer lineages are AHR, ITK, and KAT2B. Each is linked with THRB in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THRB-to-partner and partner-to-THRB results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, THRB versus AHR in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.63.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (THRB→partner) and Y-score (partner→THRB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
