THRB

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, THRB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,880 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THRB-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATPAF2, PHF5A, and MRPL37. Each is linked with THRB in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THRB-to-partner and partner-to-THRB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATPAF2 grouped by THRB-low versus THRB-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (THRB→partner) and Y-score (partner→THRB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
