Across TCGA cell cohorts, THRB RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,616 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THRB-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Golgi vesicle budding, Small GTPase-mediated signal transduction, and Establishment of protein localization to membrane. Each is linked with THRB in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THRB-to-partner and partner-to-THRB results are reported.
