THRAP3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, THRAP3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,826 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THRAP3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SPCS3, ERH, and YTHDF2. Each is linked with THRAP3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THRAP3-to-partner and partner-to-THRAP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, THRAP3 versus SPCS3 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (THRAP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→THRAP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
