THRAP3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, THRAP3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,662 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THRAP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are SASS6, PASK, and RBBP4. Each is linked with THRAP3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THRAP3-to-partner and partner-to-THRAP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, THRAP3 versus SASS6 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (THRAP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→THRAP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
