THRAP3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, THRAP3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 35 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THRAP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are Rictor_pT1135, ASNS, and ATM. Each is linked with THRAP3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THRAP3-to-partner and partner-to-THRAP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Rictor_pT1135 grouped by THRAP3-low versus THRAP3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (THRAP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→THRAP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
