Across TCGA cell cohorts, THRAP3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,490 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THRAP3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of cell cycle process, Regulation of G2/M transition of mitotic cell cycle, and Mitotic nuclear division. Each is linked with THRAP3 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THRAP3-to-partner and partner-to-THRAP3 results are reported.
