THRAP3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, THRAP3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 102 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THRAP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are VSX2, SETD1B, and ZCCHC2. Each is linked with THRAP3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THRAP3-to-partner and partner-to-THRAP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, VSX2 grouped by THRAP3-low versus THRAP3-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (THRAP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→THRAP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
