THOP1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, THOP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,166 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THOP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SGTA, LMNB2, and UHRF1. Each is linked with THOP1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THOP1-to-partner and partner-to-THOP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, THOP1 versus SGTA in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (THOP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→THOP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
