THOP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, THOP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 39 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THOP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD1C, OR4F4, and PABPC1L2A. Each is linked with THOP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THOP1-to-partner and partner-to-THOP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CD1C grouped by THOP1-low versus THOP1-high in BLOOD_Myeloma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (THOP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→THOP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
