THOC6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, THOC6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,200 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THOC6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are JPT2, PARN, and NASP. Each is linked with THOC6 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THOC6-to-partner and partner-to-THOC6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, THOC6 versus JPT2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (THOC6→partner) and Y-score (partner→THOC6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
