THOC6

Across TCGA cell cohorts, THOC6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,244 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THOC6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA replication-dependent chromatin assembly, DNA double-strand break processing involved in repair via single-strand annealing, and Double-strand break repair via single-strand annealing. Each is linked with THOC6 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THOC6-to-partner and partner-to-THOC6 results are reported.
