Across TCGA patient cohorts, THOC2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,608 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THOC2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are THOC7, THOC6, and CSTF2. Each is linked with THOC2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THOC2-to-partner and partner-to-THOC2 results are reported.
