THOC2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, THOC2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,857 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THOC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are DKC1, SKA1, and NDC80. Each is linked with THOC2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THOC2-to-partner and partner-to-THOC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, THOC2 versus DKC1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (THOC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→THOC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
